We are now searching for an experienced Project Mansger with HR experience for an assignment on behalf of our client in Stockholm. In the role as Project Manager, you will lead and manage the full Phase 1 implementation of Workday for the client, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Phase 1 is expected to be completed April 2025, and there is a great possibility to work further with the project during Phase 2.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Together with the project sponsor, be responsible for project preparations and planning.
- Responsible for project operations, including ensuring that the project delivers in line with overall project objectives and goals.
- Responsible for ensuring that the time plan, project milestones, and decision points are clear.
- Responsible for planning, leading and monitoring the overall project.
- Lead and support the full project team and all project streams.
- Continuously, report and inform the Steering Committee and internal/external stakeholders about project status.
- Responsible for driving, assigning and following up on open questions/actions/items addressed in steering committee meetings.
- Monitors and documents all deviations, risks, and issues in the project. Support both the project team and steering committee with recommendations for mitigation.
- Manages, documents and communicates about all potential decisions and deviations impacting time plan, budget and scope.
- Represents the project in different forums, i.e. their Projects.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with other projects or initiatives.
- Leading all work-related activities related to Cutover and Go-Live.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in Project Management in various industries.
- Experience from leading HR System implementations, with Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on stakeholder management and strong client relationships.
- Ability to bridge the communication gap between Technical, HR and Business teams.
- Strong knowledge within HR, process design and harmonization of HR.
